| Summary, etc. | Si no comunicas no existes. O como mínimo no lo hace aquello en lo que trabajas. Nos pasa a todos, también a las instituciones públicas. ¿Que quieren ser útiles? Que lo demuestren doblemente. Es decir, que demuestren que hacen cosas por la ciudadanía y que demuestren también un esfuerzo de adaptación al ritmo, al lenguaje y a la velocidad propias de una sociedad en movimiento. Cuando todo va más rápido, el lenguaje tiende a la síntesis y el impacto emocional pasa a ser un recurso imprescindible para captar la atención del público, las instituciones no pueden mirar hacia otro lado y seguir (no)comunicando como lo hacían hace un siglo o más allá. Comunicación en multimedia. Trabajo en red. Comunicación 2.0. Internet. Medios sociales. Y todo ello para mejorar los servicios (la utilidad) de las instituciones públicas a los ciudadanos. Porque no se trata de comunicar más sino de hacerlo mejor, con planificación estratégica, economizando esfuerzos y apuntando con la máxima puntería a los objetivos marcados. |
