Intro -- TABLE OF CONTENTS -- ABSTRACT -- ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS -- LIST OF TABLES -- LIST OF PLOTS -- CHAPTER ONE -- CHAPTER TWO -- CHAPTER THREE -- CHAPTER FOUR -- CHAPTER FIVE -- CHAPTER SIX -- CHAPTER SEVEN -- CHAPTER EIGHT -- CHAPTER NINE -- CHAPTER TEN -- CHAPTER ELEVEN -- APPENDIX A -- APPENDIX B -- APPENDIX C.1 -- APPENDIX C.2 -- APPENDIX C.3 -- APPENDIX D.1 -- APPENDIX D.2 -- APPENDIX D.3 -- APPENDIX E.1 -- APPENDIX E.2 -- APPENDIX E.3.
Summary: This book argues that a religious worldview or a religious subcultural identity as expressed by the theory of Moral Cosmology is only one of many subcultural identities that the immigrant utilizes in their assimilation to a new host environment. It offers two alternative theories - a multiple subcultural identity formulation and the theory of inter-sectionality - to explain changes in immigrant opinions as they transition from immigrant generation, to 1.5 to 2.0 generation. Relying upon data.
